Delete your account

Delete in the app

1. Open 1wagon and sign in.
2. Open the Profile tab.
3. Open Settings.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Deletion cannot be undone. Active trips and requests are canceled, active rooms are archived, your profile is removed from matching, sessions are revoked, and your active profile photo and push tokens are removed.

If you cannot access the app

Email privacy@1wagon.com with the subject “1wagon account deletion request.” Do not send passwords or one-time passcodes. We will provide a secure identity-verification step. Verified manual requests are ordinarily completed within 30 days.

What may be retained

We delete or de-identify profile information and remove the account from active use. Narrowly limited trip, room, moderation, fraud-prevention, safety, and transactional-integrity records may be retained where reasonably necessary to protect another user, preserve evidence, comply with law, enforce our Terms, or establish or defend legal claims. Retained records are not used for unrelated marketing. Residual backup copies expire through the ordinary backup cycle.
